Gugulethu Sofia Mbatha is recognized by her stage and screen names Gugu Mbatha Raw. Her popularity grew after appearing in the BBC television series of science fiction called Doctor Who. Gugu gained fame for her performance as Tish Jones. Tish Jones was the character's sister. Gugu's fans loved her spontaneity and she was soon getting ready for the long-running career of acting. She has also worked in a variety of other British stage and television productions till this point. Her role in the role of Belle (2013) in the British period drama 'Beyond the Lights' as well as her outstanding role on the romance drama 'Beyond the Lights' have been highly acclaimed by critics. Chelsea Joy Handler born 25th February 1975 in Livingston New Jersey. The family was comprised of six members, with Chelsea Joy Handler the youngest. Handler grew up with a family of six children. Her mother worked at home and her father sold cars used by other people. Her mother, born in Germany and an immigrants to the United States since 1958, was born in Germany. She had been diagnosed with breast cancer in the year 1989. Her father was Jewish, and she was educated within Reform Judaism. Handler lived in a safe neighborhood and was a very happy child. She moved from the city of her birth to Los Angeles when she was 19, to pursue acting. Handler had to turn into an actress to make ends meet. Handler aged 21, decided to focus on stand-up comedy as a full-time occupation following her discovery of storytelling. At the beginning of her career Handler began her stand-up career in the Oxygen network, which was an all-female cast on a hidden camera/practical joke reality television series Girls Behaving badly. It was in air from 2002 to 2005. Handler then started appearing in several other shows like Weekends at the D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler appeared on The Tonight Show for a time as a reporter. The biggest break for Handler was in 2006 when she was able to host her own show on E! called The Chelsea Handler Show. The Chelsea Handler show ran for two years. Handler later performed in the US as part of the Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend and HBO have broadcast Handler's standup performances. In 2010 it was confirmed that she would host at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. It made her the 2nd woman in the history of television, after Roseanne Barr, to host VMAs.
