Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Takia Azmi (born on April 10, 1986) was a model and actress from India who primarily was seen in Hindi films. Ayesha was awarded the Filmfare's Best Debut Award, in 2004, for her performance as a leading actor for the film Taarzan The Wonder Car. It was her first acting role. After that, she appeared in numerous popular movies, such as Paathshaala 2010. Wanted and 2009's Salaam-E-Ishq 2007 and Socha Na Tha 2010. Her first appearance was in a Complan commercial. Shahid Kapoor and she were featured in the famous advertisement "I'm Complan girl, I'm Complan boy". Her performance in the remixed song Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin was equally notable. Due to its success her popularity grew in the Indian remix era. The singer soon started receiving Bollywood film proposals. Takia had to wait a while before the release of Taarzan the Wonder Car, which had been planned to be released for Socha Na Tha. However, production problems made it difficult to release the film. Ayesha's courage in the face of morality was evident when she attacked her political father-inlaw Samajwadi Party Samajwadi Party member Abu Azmi for his views regarding the punishment of rape victims. As part of the PETA advertisement in India, Ayesha declared that she is a vegan. She was ranked as the most beautiful female in the world for the year 2006.
